This is a TCG Digital project for a leading Middle Eastern airline, who sought an effective self-service employee benefits system for expedited ticket buying, policy adherence, and eligibility validation.
Problem Statement
TCG’s clients encountered challenges in organising staff benefits and travel. Previous approaches were time-consuming and error-prone, requiring the use of numerous systems such as SAP’s Employee Central, Accelaero for flight tracking, and Active Directory for authentication.
Solution
TCG Digital designed a user-friendly employee ticketing portal with the following major elements in collaboration with Elogix Software as their technology partner:
Employee Eligibility & Validation
The system ensured that only qualified employees received benefits, taking into account their service, job status, and marital status.
Policy Adherence & Benefits Management
Integrated with end client's guidelines, assisting their personnel in making HR policy-based informed decisions.
Self-Service Travel Booking
Employees used a simple interface to organise personal and duty travel.
Integration with Employee Central & Accelero™
The seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Accelero™, and Active Directory
Single-Sign-On (SSO)
Active Directory was used for secure and convenient SSO access.
Real-Time Data Visualisation & Analysis
The technology provided management with real-time data analysis, exposing travel trends and performance insights.
